Failed to load xdebug (no replies)

Hi everyone, I am new to wamp and php and all of that. I am trying to use xdebug with VSCode but my WAMP Apache error log is showing that the xdebug is failing to load.

I am running on Windows 8.1 MSVC14 and using WAMP 3.1

How can I get WAMP to load the .dll file?
