PHP4 on Windows10 64bit (no replies)

Can anybody help me?
I have Installed Wamp Server 2.0i on my Windows 10 64bit
Now i need PHP4
I have also installed Apache 1.3.39 and PHP 4.1.2

But i cannot connect myphpadmin

Please help me
