Wrong PHP.INI loaded, sybolic link seems correct - I'M STUMPED (no replies)

Hello,


I have a WAMP server installed on Windows 2019 Server and when checking the status page I get the message


*** ERROR *** The PHP configuration loaded file is: c:/wamp64/bin/apache/apache2.4.37/bin/php.ini - should be: c:/wamp64/bin/apache/apache2.4.62/bin/php.ini or c:/wamp64/bin/php/php8.3.10/phpforapache.ini
You must perform: Right-click icon Wampmanager -> Refresh


I've tried the following actions but none make a difference in this error. What am I doing wrong?


"Refresh" in Wampmanager - no change in error when browser refreshed

Uninstalling and reinstalling
apache2.4.37
apache2.4.62
php8.3.10

Installing the latest Visual C++ for x86 and x64 packages and running check_redist.exe with good results


Restart from zero option

Symbolic link creation
cd "C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.62.1\bin"
mklink php.ini C:\wamp\bin\php\php8.4.2\phpForApache.ini


Copying
"C:\wamp\bin\php\php8.4.2\phpForApache.ini" to
"C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.62.1\bin" and
renaming phpForApache.ini to php.ini



Running wampserver3_repair_wampini as Administrator, I get this error
