I just installed the MariaDB 11.6.2 Add-On to the latest WampServer to update my installation from mysql 8.2. I have already successfully upgraded the base install, added Apache 2.4.63 and php 8.3 and 8.4.
Before the installation program finishes, it throws a System Error saying
"The program can't start because icuuc.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
