You don't have permission to access this resource (no replies)

- Windows version used: Windows 10 64-bit
- Version WampServer 3.4.0 64-bit
- Apache Version: 2.4.65
- PHP Version: 8.3.28
- MySQL Version: 8.4.7
- color WampServer icon : green

I have totaly no knowledge of Wamp. But I need it to get a webbased app working.
Everything works fine on the local PC. But as soon as I try to get access on a local pc on the same network or on a remaote PC, I get this message:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Apache/2.4.65 (Win64) PHP/8.3.28 mod_fcgid/2.3.10-dev Server at 192.168.12.251 Port 80

I'm sure it as a setting in the httpd.conf file, but I have no idea how to solve it.
