would like to setup a pop3 server (no replies)

Would like to setup POP3 mail server the will work with Wamp 3.0.6, Apache 2.4.23 and MySQL 5.7.14, all 32 bit.

Want to set it up to send and collect mail for my domain and set up outlook2016 to collect it.

Any ideas of an easy to install, setup and admin server?
